10 Years of Reuse Exhibition at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2026

In 2026, Wayward Plants marks 10 years as the Official Reuse Partner of the Royal Horticultural Society with a major exhibition at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Located in the Great Pavilion, 10 Years of Reuse will explore the story of the initiative through rescued plants, archival material, community stories and the hidden journeys of plants and materials that might otherwise have gone to waste.

Launch Weekend at Cultivate Colindale for the London Festival of Architecture

Join us for the public launch of the Wayward Plants Reuse Centre at Cultivate Colindale during the London Festival of Architecture 2026. Across the weekend, the new site will come alive with installations, workshops, walks, performances, making, growing, food, music and public events, alongside 20 Years of Wayward Plants and Friends — a special exhibition celebrating two decades of creative reuse, collaboration and collective action across the city.

Adopt a Plant from RHS Chelsea Flower Show

More than 1,000 rescued plants from the RHS Chelsea Flower Show will arrive at Cultivate Colindale for a special public adoption event celebrating the launch of the Wayward Plants Reuse Centre. Visitors will be invited to choose a plant and complete an official Wayward Plants adoption form, taking part in a long-running ritual centred around the exchange of plants and stories.

Join our Community Build for the Wayward Plants Reuse Centre

In May and June 2026, take part in our community build days at Cultivate Colindale and help shape the future home of the Wayward Plants Reuse Centre. We’ll be learning and sharing practical skills in carpentry, gardening, planting, painting and creative reuse, while collectively building growing and gathering spaces across the site.
